The Business Development Team:
We are looking for a Team Lead for Business Development to help us build and grow our sales unit at medudoc. As one of our first hires in our growing Business Development Team, you will be part of an entrepreneurial adventure to transform digital patient education. Your role will be pivotal to ensure your sales team will be hired, onboarded and trained to the highest standard and will deliver on our ambitious targets month over month, keeping the level of motivation and engagement high. We are currently looking for multiple people to be hired in our Business Development Team.
Our mission is to transform healthcare through innovative patient education. You will showcase the value of our clinical product to prospective clients through an engaging, genuine approach that is based on your knowledge and experience in clinical care.
Strengthen our brand awareness and drive product demand by engaging key contacts, attending relevant conferences, and co-creating B2B marketing materials.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with influential partners that may facilitate future sales and business growth.
Actively search for and engage in opportunities to discuss and represent our product within the medical industry.
You’ll grow and direct the Sales team in generating prospects that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
You will serve as a mentor and enable the sales team with your expertise on how to contact, engage and close leads.
You will own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
You’ll support building customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
Set-up sales incentive structure and joint definition of KPIs.
Adjust sales and distribution strategy to maximize our opportunities based on data insights.
Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
Practical experience in the field of B2B sales in a clinical environment is a plus.
Pre-existing relationships with influential contacts that can drive our business growth are a plus.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Fluent in German. English at sufficient conversational level.
