Digital medudoc services for doctors and clinics

The medudoc-services are designed for a high speed internet connection and a limited set of system requirements. The user acknowledges, that a functional use of the medudoc-services can only be expected, if the users system does match the following specifications:

internet connection (3mbps upload and download speed Supported Operating Systems: Windows 10, version 1607 (Redstone 1) and above macOS, Yosemite and above Supported browsers (desktop only): Google Chrome, version 90 and above Microsoft Edge, version 90 and above Apple Safari (macOS), version 10.1.2 and above Mozilla Firefox, latest stable version

While the application may work on mobile & tablet devices, we do not provide any official support for these devices and we cannot promise functional stability.   We may provide support for specific system specifications which fall outside the requirements listed above upon agreement. If this is desired, medudoc and the user will conclude a separate service level agreement.   (Status as of: March 2022)
